1. Shipping Locations
- Domestic Shipping: We ship to all U.S. addresses, including street addresses, PO Boxes, and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
- International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. For a full list of available countries, please contact us at info@energysuri.com. If your country is not listed, please reach out, and we may be able to accommodate your request.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and your location.
- Standard Shipping:
- Estimated Delivery: 3-7 business days.
- This method is the most cost-effective and is available for all U.S. orders.
- Expedited Shipping:
- Estimated Delivery: 2-4 business days.
- This faster shipping option is ideal for urgent orders.
- 2-Day Shipping:
- Estimated Delivery: 2 business days.
- Available for orders placed before 2 PM ET (Monday to Friday). Delivery is subject to availability and location.
Note: All estimated delivery times are from the moment your order is shipped, and do not account for weekends or holidays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The exact shipping charge will be provided at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for all U.S. orders over $50. This offer may vary, so please check for any active promotions on our website.
- Shipping Costs for International Orders: Shipping fees for international orders vary depending on the destination country. Customers will see the shipping charge during checkout before completing their order.
4. Order Processing Time
- Orders placed on business days (Monday to Friday) are usually processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s progress through the carrier’s website.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 2 business days after your order is placed, please contact us at info@energysuri.com.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to the following locations:
- PO Boxes for expedited or 2-day shipping (only available to physical addresses).
- Some international destinations may not be eligible for shipping due to customs restrictions, local regulations, or other logistical challenges.
If you are located in a restricted area, we will notify you before your order is processed.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or damaged during transit:
- Damaged Orders: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your damaged order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Lost Orders: If your tracking number indicates that your order was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist in resolving the issue. In such cases, we may work with the shipping carrier to investigate the matter.
