Refund and Returns Policy

At ENERGY SURI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a refund and returns policy that allows you to return most items within a specific timeframe. 1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Return Period: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: The product must be unused, in the original packaging, and in resellable condition. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted for return, unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation email is required as proof of purchase for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items or clearance products
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Opened or used baby products, including baby food, diapers, and hygiene items (for health and safety reasons)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the item(s) and ship them back to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is a result of our error or a defective product.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Items Lost or Stolen During Return Shipping

ENERGY SURI is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items.

8. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the United States, please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs or duties associated with the return. International returns must also be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
